SSIA Founder Charlotte McKeown interviewed by Rombalds Radio

Charlotte was selected to turn on the Christmas lights by Skipton Town Mayor Cllr Richard Judge, after the town council asked for nominations to be sent in of local heroes to celebrate.

She told Rombalds Radio: “My initial thoughts were ‘wow what an honour this really is’. It’s really important to me that it’s the team who will be all involved with the switching on of the lights on Sunday because we really are a team.

“We’ll all be taking part in the Santa Fun Run beforehand, and it’ll be fantastic to do it together.
