We had a wonderful morning at Silsden Medical Practice celebrating Social Prescribing Day! 🎉 It was a brilliant opportunity to connect, collaborate, and strengthen local partnerships.

Our ongoing work with social prescribers is at the heart of what we do — their support is vital in helping us meet the wellbeing and non-clinical needs of our community. We’re so grateful for the chance to celebrate everything we’re achieving together.
