Diabetes Awareness talk with Dr. Bruce Woodhouse

As part of Diabetes Awareness Week (13th – 19th June), SSIA had the pleasure of teaming up with SELFA children’s charity, Wharfedale Airedale & Craven Alliance and Diabetes UK to host events in Skipton. We had health checks for everyone, a dietician on board and of course Dr. Bruce Woodhouse, a trusted local GP and SSIA trustee. Dr. Woodhouse kindly gave this very informative and entertaining talk & Q&A on diabetes and why prevention is so important.
