Creating Joy: MIND & SSIA Host Self-Care Workshop

Bradford & Craven MIND recently joined us to host a self-care workshop aimed at promoting mental well-being through creativity and reflection. Participants had the opportunity to share their self-care routines and explore new ways to nurture their mental health.

A key highlight of the event was the creation of personalized self-care boxes. Attendees decorated their boxes and filled them with items that bring them comfort and joy—such as uplifting notes, small treats, and sensory objects—to use on days when they need a boost.

The workshop provided a supportive space for open discussions about self-care and the importance of prioritising mental wellbeing. Participants left feeling inspired, with a tangible reminder of the tools they can use to practice self-care in their daily lives.
