Celebrating International Day of Older People

Over fifty people attended a very special day at Nurturing Growth yesterday, celebrating International Day of Older People – the theme being ‘what we do to age well’. NYCC visited with their photo exhibition and other organisations including Carers Resource, Skipton Fire Community Officer, Eat Move Be Happy, Skipton Library, a local bowling group, Modality and Skipton Choir.

It was a fantastic day full of fostering community connections, conversations and laughter. Thank you to all who joined!
